I understand that there are things in life we have little control over. The last thing I want to do is penalize you for not being able to make an appointment with me. However, late appointments, cancellations and no call/no shows negatively affect my business as they prevent me from either using my time effectively or filling it with another customer. Courtesy goes a long way with me; I will do my best to work with you!
- Late appointments can keep the time they have left or reschedule (unless I have the ability to accomodate)
- Cancelling 24 hours in advance is preferred but 2 hour prior is the minimum
- Multiple last minute cancellations may result in having to prepay to keep an appointment
- No Call/ No Shows will not be rebooked unless the appointment is prepaid
